What to expect?
She combines elements of yoga with coaching sessions that invite you to slow down, creating space to feel and express what's going on inside you.
Together, you'll explore what's throwing you off balance and how you can gradually experience more peace and clarity. You'll work with short exercises and assignments that you can try at home. This gives you the opportunity to experience, discover, and practice what works for you.
