Meet Charlotte Leemans – Your Clinical Psychologist in the Mindful Room

She began her journey in 2022. Alongside her scientific and therapeutic grounding, she felt a growing desire to explore a broader understanding of what it means to heal and to grow. That search led her to new places, moving to Brussels, traveling for months through South-East Asia, completing a Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training, and spending time in silence at a Buddhist meditation center. These experiences deepened her insight that mental health is not only about the mind, but also about the body, the heart, and the spaces in between. She brings together her evidence-based background with a holistic view of well-being, valuing the dialogue between disciplines and the belief that healing is a shared journey, never a one-size-fits-all pat

What to expect?

She offers psychological guidance to find more balance, clarity and resilience. Together, we create space to pause, to listen inward, and to gently reconnect with what matters most to you.

We will look at the patterns between your thoughts, feelings, and actions, and explore conscious shifts. Her work is grounded in cognitive-behavioral therapy, schema therapy, ACT, and mindfulness — yet always shaped by your story, your pace, and your needs.
