Course

Yin Yoga / Restorative stretch

Through grounded, reclining poses—based on the meridian theory from Traditional Chinese Medicine—we work on the connective tissue, restore the energy flow, and release tension. For all levels. Each posture creates space, not only in your body but also in your mind. Guided breathwork and meditation gently lead you into deep inner calm, allowing your nervous system to reset.

Each session is a story that flows with the rhythm of the seasons.
Perfect for those who wish to end the day with intention and meet themselves in softness.
