Elien Ooghe

Elien grew up with dance and first discovered yoga during her training. While dance taught her to explore her limits, yoga offered her the space to move without expectations, focusing on breathing and listening to her body. That sense of grounding  and connection is what she brings into her classes. She combines movement, breath, and awareness into a dynamic practice with space for softness. Elien invites you to discover both strength and relaxation, and to take yoga with you, not only on the mat, but also into your daily life.
