Each session is thoughtfully designed to harmonize with the energies of our surroundings, the seasons and weather, providing a holistic and balanced approach that nurtures body and mind. Maria-Helena integrates her knowledge of Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), breathwork, as well as practices that support nervous system regulation, lymph flow, and fascia release. 

Suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners, you’ll find space to nourish and recharge.

Maria Helena has an extensive experience and passion in Coaching, Ayurveda, Yoga and Breath, as well as other holistic techniques. With a background in somatic practices, bodywork and coaching, she is dedicated to supporting others discover their potential and cultivate balance in life.

She shares her passion for well-being and women’s empowerment. She is continually exploring Systemic Work, Embodiment, Somatic Systems, Breathwork, Reiki, Doula services, and massages—also for pregnant women and babies.
