Meditative Soundhealing

A moment of stillness in a world full of stimulation — a gentle journey inward.
A meditative sound healing session can be as deeply therapeutic and transformative as a traditional therapy session — but guided by sound and vibration.

We begin with a guided meditation to help you land in your body, followed by a healing sound bath with handpan and crystal singing bowls.
The healing frequencies resonate deep within your cells, calming your system, clearing your energy field, and rebalancing your natural state.

A moment just for you — to feel, release, and recharge. No experience needed — simply come as you are, breathe, and receive.

Charlotte Speck

Charlotte Speck is a sound healer with several years of experience in guiding sound healing sessions. She has a background in acupuncture, ohmpuncture, and yoga, which deeply inform her practice. As a musician, she creates meditative loops using the handpan and crystal singing bowls, crafting immersive soundscapes that support deep relaxation and inner connection.

Inspired by quantum physics and quantum mechanics, she is passionate about bridging the gap between science and spirituality. This perspective shapes her approach to healing, offering a grounded yet expansive experience that resonates on both a physical and energetic level.

By combining breathwork, guided meditation, and carefully crafted soundscapes, Charlotte creates a safe and supportive space where participants are invited to slow down, reconnect with themselves and find stillness in today’s fast-paced world.
