This 60-minute meditation circle, held every two weeks, invites you to step out of the noise and back into presence. This class invites you to explore a variety of meditation techniques such as Vipassana, guided meditations, walking and movement practices – an open invitation to discover what nourishes you most in this moment of your life.

Whether you're new to meditation or already have experience, you're welcome just as you are. Come rest, breathe, and reconnect – with yourself and with life.

Maria Helena has an extensive experience and passion in Coaching, Ayurveda, Yoga and Breath, as well as other holistic techniques. With a background in somatic practices, bodywork and coaching, she is dedicated to supporting others discover their potential and cultivate balance in life.

She shares her passion for well-being and women’s empowerment. She is continually exploring Systemic Work, Embodiment, Somatic Systems, Breathwork, Reiki, Doula services, and massages—also for pregnant women and babies.
