This 120-minute breathwork journey is not just a pause in your week. It’s a reset. A chance to soften your week, to release tension and let go of what weighs you down. Every two weeks you can reconnect with your clarity and strength - finding peace amidst the city noise. 

It's a practice to reset your nervous system, release stored tension, and reconnect with what truly matters.

With each breath, you’ll gently begin to dissolve old patterns, reconnect with your inner vision, and cultivate the resilience you need to move through life with more ease and presence.

Maria Helena has an extensive experience and passion in Coaching, Ayurveda, Yoga and Breath, as well as other holistic techniques. With a background in somatic practices, bodywork and coaching, she is dedicated to supporting others discover their potential and cultivate balance in life.

She shares her passion for well-being and women’s empowerment. She is continually exploring Systemic Work, Embodiment, Somatic Systems, Breathwork, Reiki, Doula services, and massages—also for pregnant women and babies.
